End User License Agreement (EULA)

By installing or using Shotify, you agree to the following terms:

1. License Grant

Shotify is licensed, not sold. You may use it on your own computer(s) for personal or commercial video editing projects.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code.
• Resell or redistribute the plugin without explicit permission.

3. Payment & Updates

Payment

Shotify is available for a one-time payment of €9.99, which includes all minor updates (bug fixes, performance improvements, and small feature enhancements).

Major Updates

Major updates (e.g., new versions that add significant features or overhaul the plugin) may require an additional payment. The developer will notify users of major updates and their pricing before release.

Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are not provided unless required by law.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interest in Shotify, including code, design, and assets, remain the property of the developer. The name “Shotify” is intended to serve as a brand identifier.

5. Limitation of Liability

The plugin is provided “as-is.” The developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from its use.

6. Termination

This agreement terminates automatically if you violate any term. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies.

Trademark / Brand Notice

The name “Shotify” is intended as a brand identifier. Unauthorized use of this name for software or products is prohibited.
